INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Sessions are 55 minutes in length, and the fee is $110.00.
Regarding insurance: California is one of only two states in the country that doesn't license counseling. I do have a counseling license in Connecticut, where I have lived for the last 30 years, but cannot be covered by insurance in CA due to not having a local license.
TRAININGS in FOCUSING
Discovering Your Inner Compass: An Introduction to Gendlin Focusing
Class meets bi-weekly on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 12:30 am, for 6 weeks. Class size is small - 4 to 6 people. Please contact me about the next start date.

Year One: Focusing Fundamentals:
The next training group will begin in January, 2009. Class meets approximately every other Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 12:30 for 11 months (20 classes). In addition, on the off-week, there will be one hour weekly practice sessions with a partner, which can be done over the telephone. Tuition: $1,650 payable in monthly installments of $150. Please note, tuition is due whether or not class is attended. (pre-requisite: Weekend Introduction)
Year Two: Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy:
Graduates of the Focusing Fundamentals program who are psychotherapists are invited to join the advanced training which focuses on integrating Focusing into clinical practice. (Please give me a call if you are interested in more information about certification as a Focusing Trainer/Focusing Oriented Psychotherapist.) Class will meet on Thursday evenings from 6 to 9 for 11 months (20 classes), beginning in January, 2010. Tuition: $1,650, payable in monthly installments of $150. (pre-requisite: Weekend Introduction and Focusing Fundamentals.)
